The Herald Sun’s National Political Editor Tom Minear says he thinks Labor strategists know the upcoming election will be close.
“I think, talking to some people in Labor today, they’re worried that the party leadership think that they might assume it’s won and run,” he told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
I don’t think that’s the case, I think Labor strategists know that this is still going to be a really close election.
“I think both parties have a pretty narrow path. It requires a lot going right for them.”
