Bosnia and Herzegovina had a presidential election on October 2 but they have yet to declare the winner. Could it be because the person who won was not supposed to win? Now the country is re-counting ballots as NATO and the EU doubles the number of “peacekeepers” in the region. Peacekeepers you say? We have many questions about that.
